Anyone else’s baby not have great head control?

I see all these videos of little ones with their heads up all the time and I’m like.... why ain’t he doing that lol... he was born August 29

Mine has good head control but her arms are weak. She hits hanging toys but has terrible aim and then she can grab my shirt or her blanket but none of it seems intentional. Idk. Its hard not to compare to others but honestly i wouldnt worry unless your ped feels concerned.

All babies are different, I have 2 and both are totally different. The older did all according to the books or before, but my second one does thing unexpectedly and he is very unpredictable.  He hated tummy time but I always make him sleep in his tummy recently I started to put him in the baby gym that he hated but at least now he can stay for 20.minutes, he got head control since he was like a month, but I would said that a good head control he have just recently like 3 weeks ago he was born august 30.  Before if I sat him on my lap his head would wobble, but not anymore.
