Need advice

So, I take the pill perfectly every morning at 7 and I haven’t taken any kind of medication that could interfere with my birth control in. Couple of months now. My period is due in about 5 days and I’m getting really anxious because I’ve felt a little off this month. I should also mention that my boyfriend and I use condoms and he pulls out before finishing. I’ve never noticed a condom break but I’ve heard that they could have super tiny holes in them where you don’t see it. Here is the crazy part, about a day and a half after we had sex I was checking the condoms the he threw in the trash for leaks and it didn’t leak, but I did accidentally squeeze some of the leftover semen out the top and got it on my hand. At the time I was using the restroom so I wiped it off with toilet paper and and tossed it in the trash and then I grabbed new tissue and wiped. I also then washed my hands and dried them off with a towel. Not very long later, (I’m weird so don’t judge please) I was checking my cervix and my cm. Could there have been live sperm left under my finger nail. So, then I got paranoid a couple hours later and I went and took a plan b. I also want to mention that I’ve been taking ovulation tests to make sure my birth control is working, they have all been negative but I’m a little unsure if you can still ovulate and have negative ovulationtests.
