Did you have to settle on a name you didn’t love?

I’m having twins and I have girls names that I love. But I can not find any more boys names that I can confidently say that I love. I already have a son, and his name was picked out years ago. Has anyone had to settle on a name because you just don’t love anything you’ve found?

With our first we were lucky that we both loved our sons name. With this new baby, my husband and I could not agree on our top two favorite names. We ended up choosing a name we both really like but wasn’t either of our top names. It worked for us.

I didn’t dislike the name ever but my husband was always dead set on naming a girl Emily. After talking about it i agreed to name her Emily and I call her Emmie. I did kind of settle but looking back now I couldn’t imagine her having any other name.
