Cloth wipes

Hey all,

After looking through the search for this group I'm pretty confident we can make cloth wipes work at home.

My concern is that none of the previous posts much acknowledged the logistics of using cloth wipes while out of the house.

Does anyone have any advice as far as how many to bring when you leave the house? Do you have a spray bottle of water/solution or do you use the sink in the public restroom? If you do the wet method, can those to-go wet bags work or are ziplocs better? Any other pieces of advice that I'm not thinking to ask about?

Also, we have a truckload of those thin cloth washcloths from gifts. Has anyone had issues with poop coming through those or anything?
