could it be preeclampsia

Any help ladies?

For the past three to four days Iv been having really bad headaches with times when Iv gone all dizzy and felt like I’m gonna pass out I had this happen three times yesterday just kept happening out the blue. As the days are going by I’m getting so tired and drained even more! I had my midwife appointment last Friday and she fount protein in my wee only +1 so she wasn’t concerned, I’m already on aspirin and get my blood pressure checked every two weeks. Today Iv got this pain just under my right rib and at the back, it’s like a stabbing pain that keeps coming and going if I move it hurts a lot more and takes my breath away😩 I woke this morning feel like I had been on a night out! Took paracetamol it helped but the headache has came back. If I was to go to the chemist/pharmacy would they check a wee sample and do my blood pressure if I asked? I’m 29 weeks +5
