Water !!!! Why water ???? How ?????😭😭

I love drinking water but since becoming pregnant it makes me nauseous and vomit . I understand water is very essential in pregnancy but it makes me sick to my stomach.  What should I do ?

I can only drink water if it is ice cold. Any other temp and I wanna vomit. You might need to flavor the water. Oranges, lemons, lime and grapefruit are all good fruits to flavor with

I was the same way. I used a lot of lemon wedges which helped a lot.

Maybe try and flavor it and also, don’t drink water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. That always makes me nauseous.

I HATE water. So much. I rarely drink it. 
My amniotic fluid is probably mostly sweet tea 😂🙈

I drank what I could but mostly relied on milk for those really bad sickly weeks! It helped if I used a True Lime or True Lemon packet in it because it made it somewhat sour which tamed my tummy a bit!
