Mass in breast
I pump and breast feed and I have a mass of milk that I cannot get to budge! It hurts SO bad. I have done a heat pack with and without pumping. I have pumped for 30 mins every 3 hours. I have tried hand expressing and massaging. Any suggestions? At the moment I think its clogged duct because it just started but I dont want it to become mastitis.
