Pregnant again

Hello all! So I’m freaking out because I’ve only had one period and my baby is only 5 months old and I got two positive pregnancy tests. I’m nervous to even go to my doctor because I’m sure they will make a comment how I just gave birth. I’m also scared to tell my family! I was not preventing it I just didn’t think I’d get pregnant so fast. Any advice?!

My kids will be 13 months apart...
