You can take one of the extra strength or two regular strength Tylenol every certain amount of hours ( I can’t remember that part but I have not taken more than one dosage in a day because I’m chicken lol)... This is based off what my doctor told me

They say tylenol is safe. I'm rather skeptical about it too. so probably don't take it all the time. The one you have in the picture is extra strength by the way not sure if that makes a difference.
