Look up your state qualifications for WIC. There’s not harm in trying again now with your second. If the income has remained roughly the same as with your first, there’s a chance you’ll be approved this go-around.

The income amount does NOT matter with WIC. Just need proof of some type of income. (If your not working, you can use your SO’s income stub) also need your ID, and proof of residency like a water bill, electric bill, etc.
