Hemorrhoids?

I HATE THIS! I made a doctor's appointment and I'm so anxious about it and I've looked way into it and it's not a serious problem really at all but its uncomfortable and needs addressed and fixed. But I'm gonna ask this gross, discussing and weird question to anyone that may have had one or deal with them and know what they look like on a personal level, is this a external hemorrhoid? I hate posting this but someone please reply lol
