why am i bleeding?

not on my period. ovulation in 3 days. 
went to the bathroom after a bike ride with my family... stomach started to feel tight and as if i needed to poop. all the sudden i look down and see blood
anyone know what could’ve caused this?

No way to know. There are tons of reasons to have break through bleeding. If it gets really bad (like soaks through a pad in an hour) then go to the hospital. If its minimal and you're not experiencing a lot of pain then just set up an appointed with your OB.

Could be from ovulation. If you’re only using the app to tell you when you’re supposed to ovulate, you could be off on your dates and likely already are or have ovulated.

Could be spotting in between. Nothing is scratched inside of you, right? I'd just monitor how you feel and go to Dr when you can.
