My 18mo has all his teeth in (for now) except for his second set of molars. He always acts a certain way when he's teething and he's been doing a lot of those things. He's absolutely miserable and not sleeping well at night and taking longer naps also.

Is 18m early for these teeth? Like is it unreasonable to think that's what is going on? I can't get a look back there of course so idk what to think!
