How much water are you giving your 6 month old ?

Whatever he manages to actually get in his mouth. 😂
We offer water in an open cup and sometimes he gets a couple sips of water, but sometimes if falls out of his mouth if he gets too much. It mostly ends up all over him and on the floor.

We offer 1oz at both solid feedings but she normally only drinks 1oz total.

I put like 3-4 ounces in his cup so it’s easier for him to tip and get to but he only drinks an ounce or two a day.

I offer 2 oz per solid food meal. However, she hardly drinks it; she maybe gets .5 oz into her mouth. We’re also still messing around with sippy cups to see which one she likes best. Also figured out she prefers cold water over warm water. I was using the “water only” option on my Baby Brezza since it was just easier to dispense. But now that I know she likes it cold, I’ll keep trying it that way

Mine will take a few sips with solids but she doesn't really like it. Her doctor said no more than 2oz in 24 hours

We only offer it an open cup so he's not getting more than 1-2 sips twice a day. It mostly gets spilled on him and the table.
