How many weeks am i

Beginning of December found out I had miscarriage stopped bleeding on December 3 started having unprotected sex the same day hCG levels was 60 then drop to 29 . Whet back in for more blood work 2 days ago and HCG levels are at 45 retested 48 hours later (today) and it is HCG levels is 106 is it a new pregnancy I have to go back and test in 2 day to see if it rises but the question is HCG level 106 how many weeks am I I’m so confused
