My 2 year old (almost 3) has recently been potty trained. It's been rough, but hes finally gotten the hang of it. Well recently hes been telling us he needs to pee and will sit on the potty. He will be there for a few minutes and not pee. After a battle of you still need to wash his hands he will go back to playing. Then a minute later will magically need to pee again. This will repeate for a good hour. I've checked his genital area out and nothing looks red, swollen, or pussy. Hes nothing its hurting him. Theres no pain or burning when he does eventually pee.

Any ideas? Is he just playing and thinks it's a game? How do I break the habit if it is?
