Lactating before period?

I've got five days before AF is due and my nipples are leaking what appears to be breastmilk.
Any ideas ladies?

Have you had a baby recently? If not I'd get it checked out for infection

I did get let down sensation when I was first pregnant with my second but I never leaked. Apparently you can randomly leak for a while after but I'd take a test when you can and keep an eye on it. Some antidepressants can cause lactation or your hormones could be out of whack, so if it keeps happening and you aren't pregnant, you shouldn't ignore it.
