Going Further Makes Me Nervous

tl;dr: my boyfriend and I are advancing our relationship and I need to know how to relax about it because I want to go further.

Last night, my boyfriend fingered me. That was the first time he had touched me down there at all, and the first truly sexual thing we had done. Both of us were nervous, but I was definitely more nervous. We were at his house and had privacy which is something that would never happen at my house, due to my dad being very suspicious of us. I’m afraid that my dad will somehow find out even though both me and my boyfriend agree that how intimate we choose to be is a private matter.

Anyways, he makes me so happy and I love him. And I know what we did last night turned both him and I on so I know next time we are alone, we will probably do something similar if not more. I just don’t know how to let go of the shame about my sexuality that has been instilled in me all my life. Any tips would be appreciated.
