28 weeks, and you only really need to count if you're not feeling regular movement.. Like if you feel something is off or you've gone all day without feeling the baby move.

I’ve never counted them, you can’t keep up lol and sometimes you miss some when baby is in a different position and you don’t feel them. Once when I was hooked up to a CTG monitor, he kicked me 8 times in half hour and I didn’t feel a single one because he was in a different position.

I had a severe case of dehydration the week of Thanksgiving and since my follow up with my Ob at 23 weeks, I was advised to count 10 movements up to 2 hours after my largest meal. But generally I’ve always seen counting movements after 28 weeks.
