Update*

The dermatologist had no clue what it was. Not fungus, birthmark, freckles, dirt, ect. She scraped it to look closer and still has no idea. She said it’s an inflammatory of some sort and gave me a shampoo thats anti-inflammatory. Spots have been gone for weeks now. At least they’re gone anyway. Only way to find out maybe for sure what it is is with a biopsy- and that’s not gonna happen over a few dots.

Adeline has little black spots that look just like marker dots all over her head. Has anyone seen these before? I’ve heard maybe lice, but it’s not. Her Pediatrition doesn’t know what it is. She said maybe fungus but she knows that’s not what it normally looks like. I have a referral to a dermatologist but idk when I can get her in to see one. Anybody see this and actually know what it is?

I forgot to mention before also they go away and reappear when ever and in different spots. They are not permanent.
