Have to supplement with formula ðŸ˜
My milk supply has just completely plummeted the past month or so and my supply is now so low that I have to start supplementing with formula when I’m at work bc I don’t pump enough at work. I’m super sad about it but I am going to keep pumping and do my best to keep up. But I have no idea what formula to use or if he needs a certain stage or what?? Any recommendations on what type of formula, brand, etc?? Do I need to get a certain stage??
