Baby congested/has a cold..Help!

Anyone dealt with a congested baby yet? No fever, playing and lively but CAN'T SLEEP. He sounds miserable all day and when he sleeps and also is still trying to sleep with his pacifier, do then he can't breathe and wakes up and gets mad...which makes his congestion worse. Repeat every 30 minutes to 1 hour all night long lol HELP! He started being a little struggly 2 weeks ago, but then we went on a trip to a warm humid place and it seems to help but since we've been home it came back with vengeance.

We've tried:

- nose Frida.. can you do that too much? Cuz I get it everytime I hear him breathe stuffy throughout the day

- sitting in a steamy bathroom

- cool mist humidifier

- Baby herbal mucus relief day and night versions

- putting him in a bassinet (that he barely fits in anymore) propped up. This helped until he realized he REALLY wants to sleep on his side/belly.
