Honest advice needed

So I've had a scan yesterday and there was no sign of a baby. They checked my ovaries and said they was all clear and there wasn't anything that looked un normal. I had my bloods done on the 17th they was at 28 then again on the 23rd they was 137. I've had bloods done again today and they said they can't rule out ectopic despite saying my ovaries looked fine on a scan. I called them back and my bloods from yesterday are now at 10651.

Am i still early so they can't see it on a scan or an internal scan? Or could something be wrong?
