Can I have this done at 30 weeks? Or will doctors deny it?

You can still have an amnio at that gestation if there is a reason for it so it depends on why you want it done

What is the reason you’re wanting one? Are your fifties concerned? Were anomalies found on ultrasound? 30 weeks is too late though.

I think it would depend on why you are looking to have it done. It’s typically done between 16-20 weeks.

I denied it as there’s a 1% chance of miscarriage. They’ll probably deny it as how far along you are but if that’s something you want to do there’s no harm in asking the doctor

I would assume they would say no. Isn’t the amniocentesis to check for genetic issues? Usually done if someone would consider aborting the baby if there was a deformity- at 30 weeks you would not be allowed to terminate so the test is pointless.
