Bronchitis question

My husband was diagnosed with bronchitis last Sunday, 2 days later I got it and then our daughter got it 2 days after that. We are all on antibiotics. My daughter got amoxicillin, 3 times a day for 10 days. Today makes the 5th day of her taking it and to me it hasn't seemed to help. She's still coughing, sounds mucusy. She's been running a fever between 100.5-101.8 since last Thursday, so it's been 6 days with a fever. Anyone know if her fever should be gone by now? And when will the antibiotics clear that mess up? She's 9 by the way.
