Spotting or AF? Positive pregnancy test. Possible miscarriage?

My period is five days late and I’ve had multiple positive pregnancy tests but I started to spot today took two more tests still positive but now bleeding heavier.. I’ve had miscarriage in the past this isn’t as intense and not bleeding as much and definitely not painful in comparison but I’m just feeling super disappointed after spending the past week thinking I was pregnant.. :( Has anyone had pregnancies that it was normal for them to spot/bleed in their early weeks?
