Up early scared to move

I am now 8DPO and while I was asleep I started having cramps just like my period. I incorporated the cramps into my dream. I ended up waking up not cramping but sore like I had been cramping. Then another wave of period like cramps came for a few minutes. I had a chemical almost 4 years ago so I’m kinda afraid to move. Haven’t felt any more cramps in almost an hour now so I’ve been laying here praying that it was implantation as this has NEVER happened and I always come on my period at either 13dpo or 14dpo. No earlier no later. Please God let that be what it was.
