Cramping, spotting is this normal

Probably TMI, but I am 7 weeks and I am having light cramping and this on the toilet paper when I go pee. A week ago I was in the er for bleeding because I had a small tear in my placenta which caused a hemorrhage, could this just be old blood coming out as my uterus is stretching ? I am going to hospital tomorrow to have my levels rechecked and get my pregnancy medicade but I am trying not to freak out - I miss carried two years ago so everything makes me nervous.
