struggling with waiting for marriage:(

i’m in highschool and my boyfriend and i are both raised by christian families, but neither of us are very close to God. We didn’t wait to have sex and now we are feeling a lot of regret. We want to stop having sex but we are struggling and do NOT want to tell our parents as they will break us up. we are both looking into god more and are getting comfortable with the idea together, but need help to stop having sex. any help is appreciated.:)
