(Tmi) When should you go to the dr

My son had RSV, well, now I’ve got it. I keep coughing up phlegm, sometimes it’s yellow, my nose is stopped up, my lips feel gross I don’t even know how to describe it other that they feel chapped but they are not, I’m coughing a little but I feel like I have to force it.

I don’t have a fever as far as I know. So I’m not sure if it could be pneumonia without a fever and persistent cough.

Should I go to the dr? I’ve already had the flu this year.
