My ex husbands brother sent me a message on SC saying things about his ..... standing at attention. I took that as him sexually harassing me. I saved the message to press charges against him but I assumed my ex husband deleted the message so I wouldn’t press charges, but while I was deleting pictures in my phone I found it. Can I press charges against him for sending me a message that was not wanted.

EDIT TO ADD: seriously guys I was just asking a simple question. It could of been answered with a yes or no. No need to call me names. I have asked him to stop. I never engaged with him. I was simply asking if I could press charges against him. I’m sorry for asking a question.
