Sores

Maggie

So on 12/28 my clitoris swelled up really big and was extremely sensitive (any pressure was painful). I tried looking up some answers and was getting nowhere, so on 12/30 I pitched the idea to my husband that we have sex and hopefully that relieves some pressure. He knew how uncomfortable I was and didn’t want to agitate it, so we agreed that he would go down on me (I never let him because I am not a fan). It helped so much with the pain and he said we could have sex on New Years if I felt better.

On 12/31 early morning, I was trying to examine and I accidentally nicked my clit to where it bled a little. I put some neosporin in it and went about my day. I checked it again after a shower that night and noticed what looked like a wet scab (all weird and raised and white) where the cut had been. No biggie. The white thing didn’t hurt and I figured my body was protecting the cut to heal. Today 12/1, I have sores that are quickly spreading all over my clitoris and labia. No itching, they kind of look like cold sores but they are really sensitive.

My husband and I have been each other’s only sexual partner for 4 years and we were both tested before being intimate. The last time we had sex was 12/20-23 because we are trying to conceive. So now I am freaking out until I can get in to see my gyno (hopefully before my period in 6 days) and I don’t know what to do or what it could be...
