Early labor?

I’m due in 4 days with my second. At my appointment Monday I was 2cm dilated and 60% effaced. I also had my membranes stripped. The past 24 hours I have been cramping so badly. And my contractions have gotten so intense. They just aren’t very consistent. I have several every hour they just aren’t close together yet. But they cause a lot of pressure a lot lower than just normal Braxton Hicks. I have to stop what I’m doing to breath through them when they hit. I have also been losing my mucous plug for a week and lost what I think was the rest of it this morning. Lower back is also extremely achy. Has anyone else felt this way and went into labor soon? I live about a half an hour away from the hospital and have my toddler to get out the door with me when it happens. So I don’t want to wait too long to go. But I also don’t want to sit there for hours and be sent home either. Sorry for the novel I’m just getting extremely anxious and nervous 😬
