Just hoping and praying this is what we need

My husband and I have been trying to conceive since March 2018. We started with tracking ovulation. Then July 2018 we added oral meds- femara. We did 2.5mg once on cycle Days 3-7. Then after about 4-5 months we doubled the dose. By February 2019 I went in for an HSG because my OBGYN suggested the test and then fertility clinic. Everything looked good and there were no concerns. My husband has done 2 sperm analysis and they have both came back good. In fact he scored 100%. We are both 39. I have four kids, 3 pregnancies with my previous husband and he doesn’t have any kids. We started IV meds. I started with Gonal-F 150 on days 7, 9, 11. First month was great then the second month I had too many follicles, third mj th we took a break, fourth month was good but we decreased the dose, 113. It was good then last month they increased the dose and I got too many again. This month we did 113 of Gonal-f days 7, 9, I have three mature follicles. We have always followed with the trigger shot- ovidrel. We go in for an IUI tomorrow. The fertility dr has said he doesn’t know why we aren’t pregnant. All of my tests have come back good as well in fact higher considering my age. I have great egg quality and tests that normally don’t come Back good, mine have. I just am not sure if we try IUI a couple times then start IVF or just let go of the fact that we aren’t getting pregnant. Wish us luck that this is just what we need to help....
