Dizzy?

I’m 14 weeks as of today and for some reason I feel like I am about to pass out. My hands are shaky, my ears started ringing. I ate something and am now resting. Anyone know what this is??? I got tested for gestational diabetes and it was negative so 🤷🏼‍♀️

That happened to me a couple times. Right around the start of the second trimester too. I wasn’t sure if it was my blood sugar or hormones or blood pressure...it was just a terrible wave that came over me and I felt like shaky and dizzy and light headed and nauseous and hot but also cold...I laid down with my feet elevated high, did deep breathing, and my husband made me some toast with peanut butter and honey lol. And he brought me some cold water. It eventually passed. The food helped a little but i think it’s usually just the hormones. They do crazy things to your body.

This happened to me several times in 2nd trimester. It was low blood pressure (apparently common in 2nd trimester).

Water!!!!! This happened to me and it took 2 IV bags at the emergency room!
