Mix honey and cinnamon in a cup with a spoon into a paste and eat it with the spoon. It’s antiviral and will break a fever and break up the gunk. Fisherman’s friends are very strong menthol don’t drink anything cold or it will feel like brain freeze in the throat. And emergenc packets with like an inch of water so it’s concentrated. My mom used to take Vick’s vapor rub on a big metal spoon with a match and melt it to like water and put it on your chest throat and back and wear a cotton t shirt and sweat it off by morning. Vick’s is also anti viral as well. For bug bites and dry feet etc.. a little below your nose and inhale the vapors. I used to get bronchitis several times a year. I have not had it nor had to take antibiotics in 2 years.

Ginger tea, turmeric cinnamon tea, mushroom broth, lots of water. 
I mostly try to hydrate myself out of illness & keep my throat warm because at least for me ot hurts less. Ginger also clears your sinuses & might help increase immunity, but I don't know if the tea has enough ginger to do that.

Chicken broth with salt, raw garlic, and cayenne pepper. Should taste noticeably but not too salty. Drink hot. Chicken broth has some antobiotic and healing properties (we call it Jewish penicillin). Salt will help reduce painful swelling in tissues. Garlic also has some antimicrobial properties and adds some taste. Cayenne is warming and slightly numbing.
