Moms who suffered with yeast infections throughout their whole pregnancy...

I’m suffering with thus right now since I was 10 weeks I’m currently 22 weeks pregnant and it’s not going away. I use the cream and after I’m done the infection comes back 3 days later every time! My doctor just tells me to change my diet and soap and I tried all that and still nothing 😞 when will it go away? Will I deliver with anyways infection? I have no break I can’t even be intimate with my husband
