Just curious, because I’ve been in the gym 5-6 days a week. Yes, I know each pregnancy is different. 🙃

I was in the gym the day before I delivered at three days late with my daughter. My son I swam laps for over and hour but only made it until the week before. I got a little too tired and uncomfortable to go. For my third...I am only eight weeks pregnant and am running 5-6 miles a day. Hope I can figure something modified to keep up with my fitness. Girl at my gym was active in the gym and still running she ended up going 6 days late with her third baby. I don’t think it matters how often you work out or that it’ll bring on labor. Baby comes when ready.

I do a lot of hiking and running. I hiked 5 miles when I was 36 weeks pregnant. I ended up having to be induced for pre eclampsia (not related to the hiking lol) and was 39 weeks.
