Sorry I don’t know what group to put this in

Need some advice

So I’m not with my daughters father. He didn’t want to be part of the pregnancy and then once she was like 5 months old he messaged me about how he regretted his decision. From that moment until now he’s probably seen her about 10 times. He’s sometimes not reliable , he’ll just slack on the plans we make to take our daughter out. On new years eve my daughter and I went over so his family could meet her. It took her about 1 hour to feel comfortable enough to not cry anymore. He texted me today asking if he could see her Friday from 3pm-7pm. And I just don’t know if I want that since I don’t if she’ll cry or not and I don’t want to leave her crying 😞. I’m a sahm and have never left her side for more than 4 hours? My friend mentioned that when I’m dropping her off if she cries then I stay until she’s comfortable enough and then leave her. I might do . Do you ladies have any tips? What would you do?
