Scotrum lump

So lost month I felt a lump inside toddler scotrum like there is another testicule it is on top of scotrum not everytime it felt like when he sits or the scotrum is low.we took him to the doc and couldn't feel anything he said it's the testicule.today I felt it again.what could it be?any experiences
