How to ‘stop trying’ after miscarriage
We miscarried on 28th December 2018 and despite trying for a year since have had no luck.
I came on my period today and to be honest I haven’t been coping very well. My periods have been bad the last few months (bad breast pain which I’ve never had) making me think I’m pregnant when I’m not.
A week before my period I start obsessing I’m experiencing symptoms then come crashing down when my period comes. I just don’t think I can do another month of feeling the same way.
I’ve been taking conception vitamins every day since we first started trying 18 months ago and in desperation this month I’ve ordered pre-seed to try.
I’ve heard of people saying they caught on straight away after ‘stopping trying’ but how do you stop stressing and concentrating on it when you want it so bad? If anyone has any tips I’d be soo grateful
