is he losing interest?

my boyfriend regularly tells me that he “gets too much of me “ and he wants space and he says he says he face times me all the time and doesn’t have time for his friends , he spends all day with his friends and when he gets in on a night plays on his xbox and ft me for an hour then tells me to go because he wants to speak to his friends on his xbox who he’s been with all day and i don’t see him regularly, he doesn’t put in any effort and just kind of expects me to be there when he wants, but when i do see him he’s totally fine. does he love me or am i overthinking idk what to do
