I’ve been using FRER

And I keep getting positive tests , but no baby. I had positives right before my period for 3 months in a row. Very faint but there. And they never get darker I just get my period on time. I vowed to stop using them last month. But on the first of this month I got a straight negative. A day later I got a faint positive. But AGAIN within 48 hours it has not gotten any darker. I’m so frustrated. Because I seemed like a crazy lady last month telling my best friends and my SO I was pregnant and then nothing. It seems like the same thing is happening this month. I don’t know why though ? It seems as if I’m having consistent chemicals or the tests are giving me false positives.

I started taking prenatals as a precaution but should I mention this to my doctor ? Any idea what’s going on ?
