Confused 🤔 any ideas?

I’m 3 months postpartum, I exclusively breastfeed and started taking the birth control pill a month ago. I stopped postpartum bleeding about 2 months ago. Now randomly I’m bleeding bright red but only small amounts that kind of fill panty liners, the past two days, no other period symptoms though and it’s not a period type flow. Is this normal? Left over postpartum bleeding? Not sure what’s going on lol 😅
