Wish I could just be healthy and free
Here are pictures of me before baby, pregnant, a few weeks after and now. I was 218 now 170. It seems like the weight keeps falling off and I actually like the new curves. My question for you ladies is how do you remain healthy and not obsess over what to eat and how much you workout? I have suffered from an eating disorder for many years and recovered during pregnancy. Trying to find a healthy balance bodywise.
