Getting a job

I’m currently a stay at home mom. My boyfriend of 5 years works out of town. I’m thinking about getting a job because he won’t get me an apartment (living with my mom) but I’m scared of putting our daughter in daycare. I can’t find a babysitter and I’m scared of letting a stranger watch her. I’m also scared that if I do get a job then I’ll wind up leaving my boyfriend. I love him so much and I want to be with him but I’m tired of him not being responsible. I think his daughter and I need our own place. My parents have hinted at us leaving a few times already.
