Naturally fix low count + morphology?

What are some things we can do to help with his count? Scientifically proven please.
ALSO, did you know it takes [on average] 72 days for a sperm to develop? Which means anything he has done in the past 3 months would impact his current sperm now? I found that really good to know!

Try FertileAid for men. My husband was low count and 1% morphology and we naturally conceived our boy and our girl. Now in the TWW for baby number three and AF is late.

For count, not natural, but guys can take clomid too. Morphology is the tricky one, as it’s literally how the sperm enters the egg. How low was morphology? I have yet to hear anything natural or even prescribed to assist morphology issues. If ivf is an option, they can pick out the normal shaped sperm and do icsi to insert the good ones into eggs

My hubs has low morphology and I’m currently laying with our sleeping 6 month old we conceived naturally! He took Fertilaid for men for a month and bam we were pregnant! This after trying for over 2 years! So don’t give up! I’m hoping #2 surprises us sooner than later!

I know this is an older post, but my husband was tested in November and had low numbers all across the board. He’s 28 and healthy, so my doctors were stumped. 
They put him on Centrum Silver, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C every single day. We did the SA again last week and every single category skyrocketed! He still has mild morphology issues (going from 0%-3%), but count, motility, and progression is amazing! 
Not saying this is a “cure all” but it sure did help us!

We started seeing a reproductive urologist and SO has had azoospermia for a couple years now from taking TRT. The urologist started him on HCG injections 3x a week and 25mg clomid, vitamin c 1000mg everyday for the last 3 months and we just got a new analysis done and went from “0” all the way across the board to 1 million count with 75% forward moving etc. anyways we’re opting for ICSI to get it done and over with.

My hubby has 1% morphology and we have a healthy 18 month old and trying for #2. Doctor has him on conception xr supplement since all his other numbers are good they didn’t suggest anything else. It just takes a little longer to get prego with low morphology.

My SO had quite a low sperm count, he just cut out alcohol and his has gone up lots ! Didn’t think alcohol would have that much effect in 3 months ! But this didn’t make his morph go up as of yet ! X

Look into Weill Cornell Medicine male infertility for scientific info. 
Depending on the cause of MFI, you can naturally improve low count with vitamins, exercise, cooling, healthy eating, limiting alcohol and no smoking. Morph is harder to fix if caused by varicocele.
& yes to your earlier question, that’s why the urologists do a sperm analysis every 3 months. I had no idea before TTC. Good luck!
