Is this the flu?

I woke up this morning and noticed my stomach hurt some, I went to the bathroom and it was diarrhea. I’ve had stomach pains/diarrhea all day but not throwing up and no fever. Is this the flu? I haven’t eaten all day just a lot of fluid so I don’t think it’s anything I ate

You would have gastroenteritis or a “stomach bug”. The “flu” influenza is a respiratory illness, with cough/fever/body aches being the main symptoms. Do a clear liquid diet for 24 hours.

give it another day and if you have more symptoms then maybe. could just be a stomach bug.... try to eat something like soup and drink lots of water. hope you feel better :)
