Is this the flu?
I woke up this morning and noticed my stomach hurt some, I went to the bathroom and it was diarrhea. I’ve had stomach pains/diarrhea all day but not throwing up and no fever. Is this the flu? I haven’t eaten all day just a lot of fluid so I don’t think it’s anything I ate
