New Year's Resolutions
Good evening lovelies! Like many of you, I resolved this year to live a little better than the year before. My son is 6 months old and I want to lose that left over baby weight and get down to my ideal weight, which I hadn't achieved even before I got pregnant. I've got about 45 pounds to lose but I am determined that by 2021 I will be healthy and happy and the lightest I've been in a long time. A few days ago I watched The Game Changer on Netflix, a documentary on the plant based diet and elite/Olympic athletes. I highly highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get healthy this year. It will change your life! I have been vegetarian in the past but I've never gone full vegan. It'll be a real soft start because my husband and I have a lot of frozen meats and some dairy that we are going to use up and then just not buy any more, but once all the meat and dairy are out of the house we are going to do this for real. I'm excited to start this journey. Wish me luck, and go watch that documentary, you won't regret it!
