Can you sleep with a tampon on?

I hate pads lol. I usually sleep like 9 hours on the weekday and 11 hours on the weekends. I’ve heard of toxic shock syndrome so I never worn tampons when I sleep. I know some people who  wear them overnight so I’m just curious. Thank you! :)

Get a menstrual cup. You can wear for 10-12 hours. I wouldn’t recommend wearing a tampon overnight if you sleep longer than 8 hours. I hate pads too but wear them at night during my period. My period actually slows down significantly while I’m sleeping, so itsmore to make sure I don’t leak on my panties or bed in case I do bleed at night.

Yes but depending how heavy your flow is, I wouldn’t. I’ve bled through them in a couple hours sometimes

I normally start with a pad and then when I get up to pee in the middle of the night I switch to a tampon depending on the time.

Yes u can just change it as soon as u wake up and if ur really heavy that night it might leak do maybe wear a pad but I always wear a tampon to bed haven’t wore a pad in hears
